Warranty
Every watch sold through Trimora is backed by a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, independent of the original manufacturer's coverage.
What's Covered
Movement accuracy, case and bracelet integrity, and water resistance (as rated at time of sale) are covered for 24 months from delivery. Repairs or replacement are handled by our in-house service team or the original manufacturer, at Trimora's discretion.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear (strap, crystal scratches from daily use), damage from accidents or unauthorized modification, and battery replacement on quartz movements fall outside warranty coverage.
Making a Claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange insured return shipping for inspection at no cost to you if the claim is approved.
