Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of authentication. Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days domestically, and 5–10 business days internationally, depending on customs processing.

Limited edition and pre-order pieces may carry a longer dispatch window — this is always shown on the product page before checkout.

Every shipment is fully insured for its purchase price and requires an adult signature on delivery. Packaging is deliberately discreet — no exterior branding — for your security.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
