Returns

Watches must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all packaging, papers, and tags intact. Limited edition pieces marked "Final Sale" on their product page are not eligible for return.

Contact support with your order number to receive a prepaid, insured return label. Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Prefer a different reference or size? Let us know when you start your return and we'll hold your replacement piece while the original is in transit back to us.
